The Central Reserve Police Force is the largest paramilitary force of the world. Our Jawans stay away from their families for long periods for discharging of various responsibilities towards the country. So, in order to ensure the welfare of the families of our Jawans, "CRPF Family Welfare Association (CWA)" has been established.
It is a matter of immense pleasure and pride for me that I got the opportunity to work as “CWA President” of CRPF Family Welfare Association (CWA). I sincerely thank God for this. I consider myself fortunate that in the role of President of the Central Reserve Police Force's Family Welfare Association, I have got the opportunity to discharge this responsibility as a representative of all home-makers, women warriors and their families.
The objectives of CWA include providing opportunities for better education, health, sports, entertainment, stress free living, various counseling, vocational and technical trainings to the families of the personnel of the force and their children.
I assure all of you that with my selfless service, devotion to duty, hard work, determination and wholehearted efforts, I will organize various welfare schemes for the benefit of the women and children of the entire CWA family. Under my leadership, every possible effort will also be made by the CRPF Family Welfare Association (CWA) for the physical and mental health and development of women and children.
Keeping in view of health consciousness, special emphasis will be laid on organizing medical seminars, free medical camps, conferences and blood donation camps from time to time for the families of Jawans under the aegis of CWA.
CWA believes in its motto "Sarthak Sehyog Sarvda". That's why I have full faith that with the cooperation of all the members of the CRPF Family Welfare Association, we will continue to work for the upliftment and welfare of the CWA family and to establish new dimensions.
I don’t only hope but have unwavering faith that the CRPF family Welfare Association will set an excellent example in the coming times in the field of family welfare and making women self-reliant.
