It is a matter of great pride and privilege to lead the Central Training College, CRPF, Coimbatore, an institution primarily entrusted with the responsibility of imparting basic training to directly appointed Sub-Inspectors of the CRPF. The College also conducts specialised skill-based programmes in shooting and sniper skills, basic disaster management and various in-service training programmes, including promotional, trainer development, field craft, tactics and navigation courses.
“Knowledge is Power” is the guiding motto of CTC Coimbatore. Through continuous learning, rigorous training and practical experience, we endeavour to empower every trainee to face the challenges of the field with confidence, competence and commitment. During the current year, nearly 1,400 personnel have undergone various training programmes at the College, reflecting its significant contribution to the professional development and operational preparedness of the Force.
CTC Coimbatore is among the select Armed Forces training institutions to have been awarded a 3-Star Certificate by the National Capacity Building Commission, a recognition that reflects the quality, professionalism and training ethos of the institution.
