Training
1. Conducted of courses Conduct of courses as assigned. It is proposed that CIAT related course (CIAT for LWE units, FC & Tactics, Navigation Skill be assigned to the institution)
2. Digitize training content
  • Add on to the existing data bank.
  • Upload training content on  IGOTKaramyogi platform.
  • Develop AV training content.

3. Faculty development Ensure all trainers undergo Faculty Development Programme on IGOT platform. Ensure Training Staff undergoes skill development by attending in-service courses. Deficiency of Training Staff to be made up as per BPR&D norms
4. 'Centre of Excellence" status Take all actions towards achieving 'Centre of Excellence' status. --
5. Training Infrastructure Take actions for enhancement of training infrastructure:- Extension of CLP. Extension of firing range. Improving sports facilities. --
6. Training library Develop training library for easy availability of training material. --
7. Computer lab Establish computer lab. --

08 Major Works Expedite H/T over of completed
  • project:
  • Men's club.
  • Store Block.
  • Carry out liaison for expeditious
  • completion of ongoing works:
  • Boundary wall, peripheral roads & watch towers.
  • Bulk development services.
  • Procurement of furniture for effective  utilization of GOs/SOs mess.
  • Work towards expeditious sanctioning of:-
  • STP.
  • Training Block.
  • Administrative Block.

  • Establish multi gym for GOs and other ranks.
  • Develop infrastructure for team sports.

10 Repair & Maintenance Ensure timely repair & maintenance of vehicles/machinery/equipment --
11 Settlement of Audit Paras Ensure expeditious settling of audit paras pertaining to period 2014-21 and 2022-24. --
12 Procurement Carry out procurement under various heads as per Annual Action Plan. --
13 Up gradation of Hospital Upgrade medical & diagnostic infrastructure of 10 bedded hospital --
14 Physical & mental well being Improve physical & mental well being of all   ranks through PT, yoga, online classes, counseling etc.Ensure stress free work environment. --
15 Grievance redressal Carry out effective grievance redressal by establishing direct communication with all ranks. --
16 Financial prudence Enhance financial awareness by conducting regular sessions on financial discipline, investment modalities, tax saving options, various types of loans etc --
17 E-office Ensure implementation of e-office --
18 Effective Waste Management Organize effective waste segregation and management practices in campus. Strive to make institution 'Plastic Free Zone'. --
19 Water management
  • :- Organize effective management of water resources in institution.
  • Work towards extension of municipal water pipeline to the campus.
