Arrival/Reception

DW’s are requested to report on 1 week prior to the commencement of the course. They will get their Rapid antigen test done not before 48 Hours from reporting to this Group centre.

Accommodation/Messing

The accommodation will be provided at NCDE Barrack at GC CRPF, Rangareddy, The indoor classes will be conducted in IT Lab NCDE. All trainees will deposit Mess advance of Rs 5000/- immediately on arrival.

Weather

The average temperature during course duration is 23°C to 30°C being rainy season (Bring rain court, Umbrella, etc.,)

Leave

No leave will be granted to the trainees while undergoing the course, except medical emergency.

Discipline

All trainees are expected to maintain high standards of discipline

No trainees will be permitted to consume liquor/any type of intoxicated material during the course.

Lending and borrowing of money are strictly forbidden

Trainees will not go outside campus or to the market without the written permission of the Director/I/C NCDE.

Electricity

Electricity should be used with utmost economy.

Precaution for Covid-19

Health protocol and travel guidelines issued by the central and state govt. as well as by medical/Adm/Ops Dte. from time to time to contain the spread of Covid19 pandemic may be kept in view and strictly adhered in true spirit.

Trainees should carry adequate Mask, Sanitizer etc., during course period

Trainees will be dispatched to this Group Centre as per instruction of Trg. Dte., CRPF, New Delhi.

Training Equipment

The trainees should be in possession of the following training equipments:-

  1. All trainees will bring PT dress (Black colour 3/4th type Lower, combat T-shirt)-02 nos.
  2. Water bottle
  3. Sufficient stationery items with writing materials

Documents

The trainees should be in possession of the following documents:-

  1. Identity card and 02 passport size photographs
  2. Health card.
  3. Copy of COI final Order, Medical documents, disability certificate issued by concerned district Hospital, FIR in connection with incident/accident.

Dispersal

Trainees will be dispersed immediately after termination of the course.
