I assumed the charge of Principal, Central Training College, Mudkhed, one of the premier training institutions of the Central Reserve Police Force with a resolve to work with humility, dedication and with a deep sense of commitment towards the Force.
The Central Reserve Police Force is a symbol of courage, discipline, professionalism and unwavering commitment towards national security. The motto of the Force, “Service and Loyalty”, shall continue to guide me in every action and while discharging my responsibilities at this prestigious institution. Equally inspiring is the motto of this institution — “Courage, Accuracy, Result” — which reflects the spirit of professionalism, precision and excellence that CTC Mudkhed strives to inculcate in every trainer & trainees.
My endeavour shall be to promote a healthy, transparent, participative & professional work culture where every member of the institution and trainees feels motivated, respected and are encouraged to contribute towards excellence in training and administration. I, consider it’s a privilege to work with the dedicated officers, subordinate officers and personnel of this institution.
Special emphasis will be laid on strengthening the core competency course of the College i.e. Navigation, DASO, Drill Instructor Course and also improving training standards, by infusing new technology, adopting new teaching methods and enhancing professional and technical capabilities, strengthening physical and mental fitness, and creating an environment, which is conducive to learning, innovation and foster mutual respect of trainees and staff.
I shall also make sincere efforts to improve and strengthen institutional infrastructure and ensure that the benefits of welfare measures and administrative initiatives reach every member of the institution.
I look forward to working closely with all ranks of the institution to uphold the glorious traditions, values and professionalism of the Force. I am confident that together we shall continue to contribute meaningfully towards nation-building and further enhance the reputation of CTC Mudkhed as a centre of excellence in training.
