Paperless Process Management System (PPMS)

PPMS was launched in October 2020.PPMS eliminates paper-based processes for managing employee data like service records, leave, allowances, and pay.

    Features:

    • Instruction Management System (IMS): Generates, distributes, and manages orders electronically, including standing orders and circulars.
    • Pay & Allowances Management System (Version 2.0): Processes pay, allowances, deductions, and leave encashment electronically. Authorized officials digitally sign all orders for validity.
    • Order Management System: Allow generation of general orders like Office orders, Movement order, Reporting order etc
