E-Kit Ledger

The e-Kit Ledger was introduced in July 2023. It is a digital system integrated with the Sambhav application to manage and track the issuance of kit items to Jawans through the SELO platform.

Function:

• Digitising the records of all kit items issued to personnel.
• Reflects kit issuance details directly in the Sambhav application under the "Kit Ledger" option.
• Includes reports like KIUL distribution, unit-wise issues, and force-number-wise issued items through SSRS.

Benefits:

• Streamlines the e-vetting process, replacing manual vetting of annual demands for kit items.
• Ensures transparency and easy access to kit issuance records.
