CRPF Online IPR/APAR Recording System (COIR)
COIR was launched in March 2018. COIR eliminates paper-based workflows for Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) and Individual Property Returns (IPRs) of CRPF officials.

- Secure Access: Utilizes OTP (One-Time Password) based authentication for secure login and data protection.
- Implementation Status: Currently APAR is functional for all the ranks, and IPRs only for GOs
- Accessibility: Accessible through the CRPF intranet (SELO) and Virtual Private Network (VPN).
