MESSAGE

                   I am honoured to take over as IGP Manipur & Nagaland Sector of CRPF.  Manipur & Nagaland Sector has made incredible contribution for peace and development of the state.  This Sector has administrative supervision over 05  GD Battalions deployed across the Country,  Range Imphal, Ops Range Kohima, GC Imphal, CH  Imphal  and operational supervision  over  08 Bns deployed in Manipur & Nagaland  (06 in Manipur and 02 in Nagaland)  undertaking various kinds of duties. 

The sector has successfully carried out number of Civic Action Programmes in different regions of the Manipur & Nagaland state.  Assistance is also provided by the CRPF to the civilian population from time to time.

                   Men and officers of the units under this sector have displayed commendable courage.  I am sure they will keep the flag of the CRPF flying high.  I look forward to frequent interactions with all men so that we remain in grid with field requirement.  Let us continue to accelerate our journey   of excellence.
