                       To conduct systematic and professional basic-in-service / promotional training/courses for Constables to the rank of Assistant Commandant, the Central Training Collage, CRPF, Gwalior was established on 11/02/2005 under the authority of Govt. of India, MHA OM No. O.IV-10/2002-Org/MHA/PF-III dated 14/09/2004. Since then, CTC has taken long strides towards achieving professional excellence by adhering to its motto of professionalism, patriotism and pride in service. The Institution is co-located with GC Gwalior campus. In addition to professional/in service/ promotional training courses, this Intuition has been entrusted upon the responsibility to conduct basic training for DEUOs (Ministerial).

Training

          As a premier training institution of CRPF, this institution has been contributing a lot towards the achieving of professionalism in the organization through systematic and effective training.

         Adm and Welfare

·       In view of concept of smart and small classes big halls have been modified into smaller by effective partitions.

·       Developed  a 3 Nos. Integrated Computer lab having the capacity of 30 Nos. computers each connected with SELO and Internet.

·       False ceiling has been done in barracks to safe guard towards scorching heat as well as bitter cold.

·       State of Art of Mahila Recreation room has been developed with modern equipment of Gym, TT facilities etc.

·       Go Green Campaign solar street lighting and huge saplings planted in the campus.      

·       One of the best Tennis clay court has been developed recently.

·       Volley ball, Basket ball court has been illuminated by installation of high mast.

·       Well groomed Physiotherapy centre also taking care  of the trainees as well as staff.

·       Recently registration has been received from Central Office CPC New Delhi to run Subsidiary Canteen under the aegis of Master Canteen of GC Gwalior.

       We perform duties and responsibilities with high degree of human excellence and professionalism thereby bringing the visible change in the satisfaction and performance level of the Force personnel.

As a welfare measure, False roofing provided in all the semi-permanent barracks of jawans to avoid scratching heat during  summer . A separate barrack and recreation room available for the Mahila Trainees. To avoid global warming solar street lighting, water heating & 15000 saplings planted in the campus. Clay court lawn tennis with flood lights prepared on self help basis. Lighting provided in Basket ball ground. Volley ball and cricket grounds prepared on self basis. A big lecture hall converted into four small class rooms for imparting quality and effective training. Dedicated electric supply exclusively for CRPF provided in the campus.
